Here at Halmer Recruit we are currently recruiting for a horticultural expert gardener for our award-winning Landscape client.
You will be tasked with looking after Prestigious client’s designer gardens in around London and the Surrey and home county areas. Your expertise will be paramount in maintaining and servicing your regular clients’ gardens, whilst offering great customer satisfaction with your professionalism and knowledge in all things Horticultural.
This is a mobile role, and you will be provided with a company van with all the tools you will need.
The role will include but isn't limited to...
- Driving to clients’ locations - could be in any of the following locations depending on client base - Central London, Chelsea, Kensington , Hampstead, Surrey & Home counties etc.
- Looking after, cultivating & maintaining customers gardens, these can be large estates with vast grounds to cover.
- General gardening duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, garden maintenance etc
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times & conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times whilst on site.
- Looking after & respecting company van. - Parking at customer sites can sometimes mean parking on a road nearby & paying to park, parking expenses will be reimbursed.
Requirements
- Must have horticultural knowledge and experience.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must be happy & comfortable to drive around Central London & surrounding areas.
- Must be 21 years old & over due to insurance purposes.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Should be someone with a love & passion for gardening & garden maintenance.
- Must have experience with Lawn care, irrigation & all manner of gardening Equipment/machinery.
- RHS Level 2 Qualified preferred but not essential
Hours, Days & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am until 4:30pm
- £32,000 PA
