The Role:
They are seeking a passionate and experienced MFL Teacher to teach French and Spanish across Key Stages 3-5. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring students and raising attainment in Modern Foreign Languages. You will be joining a vibrant and forward-thinking MFL department that is committed to delivering high-quality language education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish for students in Key Stages 3-5.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Develop differentiated learning materials to cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the MFL curriculum.
- Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives and professional development.
What They Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS and a relevant degree in French and/or Spanish.
- Experience teaching French and Spanish at Key Stages 3-5.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
