A well established Legal 500 firm are actively seeking for an experienced lawyer to join their award-winning firm. They are interviewing now!
The perfect candidate:
- Experience of Wills, IHT planning, Trusts, Probate, Administration of Estates, Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship applications, and familiar with Testamentary Capacity requirements
- You will be used to dealing with a wide range of clients from young professionals to elderly, sometimes vulnerable, and often at a very distressing time in their lives
- You should have a good commercial understanding of the requirements of your role, excellent time recording, estimating and billing habits, good client care skills and a real desire to be an involved member of a great team.
- You should be highly organised, have a strong desire to learn and grow as part of a friendly team in order to support the vision of the firm.
- STEP qualification is desirable
- You should be able to demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach to clients whilst at the same time have a high level of legal knowledge with the ability to explain the same, clearly and succinctly.
- You should have proven experience in business development and marketing, with the ability to effectively promote our legal services and attract new clients. You will have strong networking skills with a track record of successfully raising your profile as a solicitor. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to establish trust with key referrers and build a solid reputation in the industry.
