Key Responsibilities:

  • Merger control: Multi-jurisdictional analyses and filings
  • Foreign investment control: Multi-jurisdictional FDI analyses and filings
  • Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
  • Co-operation, distribution, and licensing arrangements
  • Day-to-day antitrust counselling
  • Business development and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4-7 PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge across all areas of competition law
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Project management skills and confidence to take on high responsibility
  • Experience collaborating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams
  • An appetite for business development and thought leadership
