Job Opportunity: Mid- to Senior-Level Associate
Location: London
Length of project: 12-month fixed-term contract
Start Date: March/April 2025

Join a thriving Antitrust & Competition team at one of the to firms in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merger control: Multi-jurisdictional analyses and filings
- Foreign investment control: Multi-jurisdictional FDI analyses and filings
- Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
- Co-operation, distribution, and licensing arrangements
- Day-to-day antitrust counselling
- Business development and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements:
- 4-7 PQE
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of competition law
- Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills
- Project management skills and confidence to take on high responsibility
- Experience collaborating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams
- An appetite for business development and thought leadership
