We are seeking a disputes associate who is experienced in both arbitration (investment & commercial) and litigation. The successful candidate will be working at a top tier firm currently with UK post qualification experience in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction).

Description

  • Handle complex arbitration cases.
  • International litigation.
  • Work closely with the legal team to develop case strategies.
  • Conduct detailed legal research.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents.
  • Manage relationships with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Support the team in business development activities.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on changes in arbitration and business law.

Profile

A successful Arbitration Associate should have:

  • A degree in Law from a reputable institution.
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Common Law Jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in business arbitration.
  • Strong research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
