You will handle contentious issues for major insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and policyholders, and gain exposure to international and cross-border disputes.Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of insurance disputes.
- Advising clients on policy wording and coverage issues.
- Acting in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
- A strong academic record with a focus on insurance law.
- Proven experience in insurance disputes, with experience in construction and/or financial lines being a distinct advantage.
