Description

  • Experience of a range of residential matters is sought including;
  • Residential landlord and tenant issues including rent recovery and possession claims.
  • Service charge matters including S.20 and related tribunal proceedings.
  • Building safety issues (repairing and other obligations, fire safety legislation, service charge issues).
  • Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light.
  • Disrepair.
  • Adverse possession and squatters.
  • Transnational support work.

Profile

  • A strong background within the Legal sector.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate litigation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
  • Strong networking skills within the professional services industry.
