Key Responsibilities: Debt Recovery/Repayment: Overseeing debt-related issues.Building Disputes: Handling disputes related to construction and building matters.Property Disputes:

Property Matters: Handling disputes related to ownership, rights of way, boundaries, service charges, and right to manage claims.
Landlord and Tenant Disputes: Managing residential and commercial disputes, including possession/eviction proceedings and lease renewal issues.

Probate Disputes

Inheritance Claims: Addressing disputes over inheritance.
Will Validity Claims: Managing claims related to the validity of wills.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets.
