This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and market-leading team advising on high-profile commercial transactions and cutting-edge technology and IP issues.The RoleYou will work on a diverse range of IP and commercial matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating IP licences, collaboration agreements, and R&D contracts
  • Advising on brand protection, trademarks, and copyright issues
  • Supporting corporate transactions with IP due diligence and structuring advice
