This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and market-leading team advising on high-profile commercial transactions and cutting-edge technology and IP issues.The RoleYou will work on a diverse range of IP and commercial matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating IP licences, collaboration agreements, and R&D contracts
- Advising on brand protection, trademarks, and copyright issues
- Supporting corporate transactions with IP due diligence and structuring advice
- Advising on regulatory and data protection matters linked to technology and innovation
You will work closely with leading clients across a variety of industries, including technology, franchised businesses, energy infrastructure, automotive and retail.About You
- 1-3 years' PQE with experience in intellectual property law
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- A keen interest in intellectual property and emerging technologies
- Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
