London hybrid - 100,000 - 120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Lawrence Harvey are actively looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our client. This opportunity requires you to be a strong commercial lawyer who is French speaking, and will allow you to act as a leader for our clients partners across France and French speaking regions.

This role will give you the opportunity to work across various legal projects including commercial contracts, IP & privacy/data protection matters, in addition to the ability to work on various transformation projects across our clients products.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice across various business departments on commercial, privacy, compliance matters and more.
2. Work alongside senior leadership to implement new policies, procedures, and ensure company wide compliance.
3. Lead various projects and product lifecycles across our clients customers within France and French speaking jurisdictions.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years PQE as a lawyer, ideally UK Qualified.
2. Experience of Commercial, IP, or Privacy law, or similar.
3. Must be fluent in French.
