An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable Tier 1 Commercial Disputes team in London. The team is seeking a driven and enthusiastic solicitor at NQ–3 PQE to support a wide range of high-value, complex disputes. This role offers a fantastic platform to gain exposure to varied and challenging commercial work, with strong potential for career development.As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse commercial disputes, including contract law, professional negligence, insolvency, corporate governance, and international arbitration. You will be involved in the full litigation process, from initial client meetings through to trial preparation, and play an active role in business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a diverse range of commercial disputes, from early-stage advice through to complex litigation and settlement.
  • Supporting senior team members in high-profile cases and arbitration matters.
  • Assisting in client relationship management and business development activities.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and court submissions.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of cases and providing practical, commercial legal advice.
Key Requirements:
  • NQ to 3 years’ PQE in commercial disputes or litigation.
  • A strong academic background and relevant experience handling disputes.
  • A proactive approach, with excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Ambitious and eager to take on responsibility and develop client relationships.
  • An interest in business development and expanding professional networks.
