- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures and protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in business development activities.
Profile
A successful Commercial Litigation Associate should have:
- A degree in Law from a reputable institution.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 2+ PQE.
- A strong background in handling commercial litigation matters.
- Excellent research and drafting skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
