AJ Chambers is seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate for a Top London Law Firm's busy team.
The role involves diverse Commercial Property work, including tasks for Developers and Landlords, site acquisitions, licensing, finance, and portfolio refinancing.
The candidate will collaborate closely with the Partner to enhance the performance of the commercial property team.
Candidates should have 7-10 years of PQE, with a salary range of approximately £70,000 to £100,000 based on experience.
Additional benefits include 25 days of holiday, bank holidays, a birthday day off, and a shutdown period between Christmas and New Year.

AJ Chambers is working alongside a Top London Law Firm looking for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join their busy team.

The role will include a range of Commercial Property work, including:

Work for Developers and Landlords
Acquisitions of sites
Licencing and Finance
Portfolio refinancing.

The individual will be closely working with the Partner to help drive the commercial property team.

PQE Level 7-10 Years

Holiday is 25 days + BH + Birthday + shut between Christmas and NY.

Salary is circa £70,000- £100,000, depending on experience.
