Commercial Property Solicitor – 2 years PQE
Salary: £70k - negotiable depending on experience
Location: Central London
Well known, legal 500 London practice are looking for an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to join their property team (circa 2 years’ PQE). The commercial property team deal with a diverse range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases, and you will be running your own caseload of files independently (although supported by a senior lawyer). You must possess excellent technical knowledge on procedures and compliance. You will be expected to work together with the firm’s marketing and business development team to help grow your network as well the firm’s so it is essential that you have strong networking skills and a proven track record establishing and building strong and effective relationships with new and existing clients.
You will be working with a wide range of clients, providing tailored advice and guidance on a range of commercial real estate matters.
