Role Summary

A West End law firm in London is actively looking to recruit a mid-level Commercial Property Solicitor.

You will join an established department in a fee earning capacity and gain exposure to a range of commercial real estate transactions.

This will include advising on: landlord and tenant matters (sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, leasing), investments and developments (both residential and commercial), secured lending, corporate support, portfolio/asset management, among others.

The firm in question are supportive, progressive and stable. You will get exposure to some high quality commercial real estate deals acting for entrepreneurial clients in a supportive and down to earth setting.

The Partners are very interested from hearing from Lawyers in the regions looking to step up to a London practice as well as those in the City interested in downsizing in order to get a better work life balance.

Experience Required

  • Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
