My client is a multi-service law firm renowned for delivering exceptional client service, currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in South West London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage own caseload of commercial property matters
  • Client Advisory – Advise clients on property matters, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Transaction Oversight – Manage transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
  • Document Management – Draft and review contracts, leases, and property documents.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues, supporting and mentoring as needed.
  • Business Development – Participate in networking and client acquisition.
  • Case Organisation – Maintain case files and meet deadlines efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 years’ PQE)
  • Work well independently and as a team
  • Strong Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
