My client is an award-winning, legal 500 law firm on the lookout for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.The Role:As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
  • Advise a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, developers, investors, and landlords/tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 1 Year PQE in Commercial Property law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions.
