Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a solicitor to join and become an integral part of our commercial property team, which was ranked in Chambers & Partners for the first time for 2025.

The individual will have responsibility for their own caseload (with supervision and support from the partner) so we would envisage they will have 1-2 PQE under their belt.

The individual should be hungry for personal development and to achieve growth for the department and firm. We would support them to mature as a solicitor and engage in business development to build their own network.

The work includes a mixture of grants and assignments of leases, sales and purchases, property finance, options and development matters, and independent legal advice matters. Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential).

Organisational, communication and IT skills are essential, as is a high standard of client care.

The working environment is friendly and supportive.

Benefits include: bonus scheme; a generous holiday allowance; pension; private medical; death in service cover; Cycle to Work scheme; and an annual subsidised ski trip.
