The team provides comprehensive legal services across the full spectrum of real estate, including commercial and residential development, investment, finance, planning, construction, and landlord and tenant matters. They real estate team work with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, funds, family offices, REITs, and high-net-worth individuals.The Role:

  • Advising clients on legal and commercial aspects of development projects, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and financing.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of contracts and legal documents, including development agreements, construction contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Conducting due diligence and managing transaction processes from inception to completion.
  • Providing strategic guidance on planning, environmental, and regulatory considerations related to development projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with 4-7 years PQE in real estate development (other levels of PQE may be considered).
  • Strong experience in property development law, particularly in complex, high-value projects.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with competing deadlines and priorities.
