This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on complex, high-profile transactions while supporting a wide range of clients, from institutional investors and developers to corporates and public sector entities.As a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, you will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, real estate finance, and development projects. You will be advising clients on various transactional and advisory matters, ensuring comprehensive and strategic guidance in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment structuring for commercial properties

Qualifications & Experience:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier law firm
  • Proven experience in a range of commercial property matters, including property acquisitions, leasing, and financing
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and the regulatory landscape
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively within a team
