My London Law firm Client is seeking a Company Commercial Partner-Designate to join the firm due to the current Partner in the Company Commercial Department looking to retire in the not too distant future. They are looking for a strong Company Commercial Solicitor who is able to deal with a mix of work across mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements as well as IPO, private equity and venture capital work and Company Support work on Property transactions.They are seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor around 7 years+ PQE who has some contacts of their own and who has ideas of how to business develop and expand departments. The Company Commercial department does have a good amount of work passed over from the firm's other departments, but you will need to bolster this with some of your own work as well.
