My client is hiring a Competition Litigation Partner to join their thriving boutique litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be an existing Partner or Legal Director/Senior Associate with experience managing complex claimant and defendant-based Competition matters. This position will give an incoming Partner flexibility to grow the existing Competition Litigation practice and to work alongside an ex-Magic, Silver Circle and US team.

Description
- Manage and supervise all competition litigation cases. The team primarily focus on claimant-based matters but are open to defendant-based work, provided the candidate has an existing book.
- Develop and implement strategies in line with business objectives.
- Work closely with other partners and associates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in competition law.
- Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the legal team.
Profile
A successful 'Competition Litigation Partner' should have:
- A degree in Law and professional qualifications in Legal Practice.
- Proven experience in competition law and litigation.
- Proficiency in business services-related legal issues.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex cases and work under pressure.
