My client is hiring a Competition Litigation Partner to join their thriving boutique litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be an existing Partner or Legal Director/Senior Associate with experience managing complex claimant and defendant-based Competition matters. This position will give an incoming Partner flexibility to grow the existing Competition Litigation practice and to work alongside an ex-Magic, Silver Circle and US team.

Our client is a London-based boutique litigation law firm with a strong reputation in the market. The platform are recognized as an elite litigation practice, specializing in litigation, arbitration, investigations and ADR.

Description

  • Manage and supervise all competition litigation cases. The team primarily focus on claimant-based matters but are open to defendant-based work, provided the candidate has an existing book.
  • Develop and implement strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Work closely with other partners and associates to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in competition law.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the legal team.

Profile

A successful 'Competition Litigation Partner' should have:

  • A degree in Law and professional qualifications in Legal Practice.
  • Proven experience in competition law and litigation.
  • Proficiency in business services-related legal issues.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex cases and work under pressure.
