An international law firm at the forefront of construction law, renowned for its expertise at the intersection of construction disputes and insurance, is seeking a dynamic 2-6 PQE Construction Disputes Solicitor for its London office.With offices in the UK and Middle East, and plans to expand into North America in the next 12-18 months, the firm is a leading advisor to the construction and engineering industries. They deliver innovative legal solutions for clients on complex, high-profile disputes worldwide. The dynamic team provides unparalleled expertise across insurance, professional negligence, and dispute resolution.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Disputes Solicitor with a strong background in insurance to join our London team. You’ll work closely with industry-leading partners on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes in the insurance sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling complex construction disputes and professional negligence claims
  • Advising on insurance-related issues, including coverage disputes
  • Drafting legal documentation and managing litigation/arbitration
  • Collaborating with partners on high-value international cases
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor 2-6 PQE (UK, Canada, US, Aus, NZ, or SA) with experience in construction disputes and insurance
  • Strong litigation/arbitration background
  • Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional cases
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
