The OpportunityThis top 100 national law firm are looking for a non-contentious construction lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join their team on a 6-12m FTC. The TeamThe firms construction team consists of 20 lawyers, including 6 Partners. They operate across their 4 UK offices (London, Bristol, Leeds, and Birmingham) and are particularly interested in London-based lawyers for this position. The team advises clients on the delivery of projects using and adapting industry standard forms or bespoke documentation. They are at the forefront of long-term outsourcing and partnership working arrangements and have extensive experience of advising on all the PPP models, including the PFI market. They are involved in a number of the major Government construction programmes for delivery of new hospitals, social housing, schools and highways - which will be the focus of this role!The team is ranked in both legal directories for its market-leading work.
