My client is seeking a Consultant Litigation Solicitor to manage an existing caseload on a fully remote basis. They can offer guaranteed commission whilst you settle in.
The Candidate
• Excellent experience in General Litigation and Dispute Resolution• Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include, Contested probate, landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, property disputes, and commercial litigation.• Minimum 5 + years’ experience in Litigation• Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters• Track of record of achieving career goals• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development;• Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships;• Self-motivated team player• Managerial experience preferred• Ambition to progress• Excellent administration and organisational skills;• Professional but friendly and approachable
