As you supervise a team of dedicated administrators, your expertise will ensure that all conveyancing activities are executed with precision, delivering exceptional client care across high-volume transactions.Preferred Requirements:
  • Must have a strong background in Conveyancing
  • Proven experience navigating complex property transactions with minimal supervision
  • Skilfully manage and delegate tasks to legal administrators, ensuring flawless workflow
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume transactions under pressure effectively
  • Experienced in using document management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience in residential property law
  • Membership in the Institute of Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancer, or a Solicitor is desirable 
  • Non-qualified yet highly experienced conveyancers are encouraged to apply
