- Proven experience navigating complex property transactions with minimal supervision
- Skilfully manage and delegate tasks to legal administrators, ensuring flawless workflow
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume transactions under pressure effectively
- Experienced in using document management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience in residential property law
- Membership in the Institute of Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancer, or a Solicitor is desirable
- Non-qualified yet highly experienced conveyancers are encouraged to apply
