Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy have a superb opportunity for a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join a well-regarded boutique Law Firm based in Central London.
The Firm attracts leading sector talent to provide outstanding legal services. Its corporate team offers cohesive, innovative advice to all clients, aimed at supporting and accelerating potential. The client portfolio is diverse and interesting, it includes high profile media clients and niche claims, in addition to a full range of corporate advice.
The team is ideally looking for a Solicitor with c5 years PQE experience within Corporate or Commercial to join the team to support its continued growth.
Key Criteria:
- Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE experience in Corporate/Commercial work.
- Ideally you will have experience of commercial contracts, IT and outsourcing agreements, distribution and franchise agreements and IP knowledge.
- Solid technical ability with a keenness to learn and develop.
- You will have excellent attention to detail.
- Superb organisation skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent team player.
The Firm offer a highly competitive salary and a 15% bonus and currently works on a hybrid model of 5 days in the office over a 2-week period.
