Job Title: Corporate Associate Solicitor – Incentives and Remuneration Location: London Salary: £100,000Job Ref: 36869The RoleOur client is recruiting a 0-4 PQE lawyer to join their award-winning Incentives and Remuneration group, which is part of the wider Tax department. The Associate will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure outstanding client service delivery.The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of incentives, including tax-advantaged share option plans, international share offers, management incentive plans, and cash and deferred bonus arrangements. They will support clients on the employee incentive aspects of corporate transactions such as management buy-outs, stock market flotations, and takeovers.
