Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Corporate Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their London office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance whether in their training contract or in their first years of PQE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance matters, including but not limited to equity capital markets, debt capital markets, M&A, and corporate advisory work.Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to issuing bonds, AIM listing, Initial IPOs,Prepare and draft legal documents and ancillary documentsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile in the Corporate sector.

Qualifications + Experience:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year of post-qualification experience in Corporate Law.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
