Job ref: 215297868The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to corporate law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations. • The firm are considering candidates that have strong technical experience in private equity transactions, gained at a well-regarded corporate team.• The role requires managing your own caseload of corporate matters, showcasing strong financial management and commercial awareness. This includes accurate recording and billing, meeting targets, and effectively managing WIP.• You must be able to manage clients with little supervision, working to a consistently high level and providing exemplary levels of service and care.
