The firm acts for an array of clients from start-ups to established companies, including multi-national PLCs, dealing with a range of corporate work including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity
- Joint Ventures
- Company purchases and sales
- Corporate restructuring
This role is ideal for an experienced corporate solicitor (5+ PQE) looking to join a London firm offering an excellent caseload alongside plenty of client contact and the opportunity to work closely with the partner heading the team.
In addition to your corporate law expertise, you should also possess strong client facing skills and be happy to play a part in the firm’s ongoing business development and marketing work.
