Day-to-day of the role:- Handle a variety of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters.
- Work closely with partners and clients to facilitate transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage deal processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporate law.
- Strong understanding of corporate transactions and legal frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
