Their International Corporate Group are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their fast growing and specialist team.

The Opportunity

Their International Corporate Group offers a wide range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures.

Their clients range from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips and they advise on an array of domestic and international transactions.

As a Corporate Solicitor practising at Associate level within this team, you will be advising on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.

The role would suit an experienced and ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking to work alongside some leading, L500 recognised experts in the field and take their career to the next level.

Requirements
