An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the firm’s expanding Corporate team in Wimbledon.
Our client is a well-established Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation for delivering tailored legal services to SMEs, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and family-run companies.
The role involves advising clients on M&A, corporate finance, shareholder agreements and governance, while also playing a key role in business development and client relationship management.
Requirements:
- 7+ years PQE in corporate law, with strong technical expertise
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide commercially focused advice
- Strong client management and business development skills
- A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to the firm’s growth
