- Solid experience in M&A transactions.
- Exposure to investment rounds, venture capital funds, and VC-backed businesses (desirable but not essential).
- The ability to manage and run transactions independently, with appropriate senior support.
- A proactive approach to business development and marketing initiatives.
- Strong technical skills, with excellent drafting, communication, and attention to detail.
- Effective time and organisational management skills.
- An interest in technology and life sciences sectors (desirable).
- Lead M&A, venture capital, and other corporate transactions under the supervision of a partner or principal associate. Draft key transactional documents and coordinate with junior team members and other departments involved in the deal.
- Actively engage in business development efforts to expand networks and contribute to the firm’s overall growth. Participate in networking and marketing activities to help shape the future direction of the practice.
