Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Dispute Resolution/Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues from anywhere. We welcome applications from solicitors at all levels of experience, including newly qualified solicitors, mid-level practitioners, and seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, property disputes, and professional negligence.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear and pragmatic legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Conduct negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for complex cases and share expertise.
- Conduct legal research to ensure advice is based on current legislation and case law.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and support throughout the litigation process.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting civil litigation.
