Preferred Requirements:
  • 3-6 years post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Proven track record in handling high-value and high-profile cases.
  • Strong understanding and experience in discrimination law.
  • Experience in employment and trade union law head office work.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A qualified solicitor with relevant accreditation in employment law.
  • Proficiency in managing complex legal documentation and proceedings.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion practices within the legal framework.
