A global law firm is looking for an Associate to join their Employment and Incentives team within their London office. The team advises on a wide range of employment and share plan matters, offering you the chance to gain diverse experience within a well-regarded, collaborative, and friendly team.The Team: 
  • The Employment and Incentives team advises on all facets of employment, pensions, and incentives law—both contentious and non-contentious—on a national and multi-jurisdictional scale. Their global team includes 23 partners and approximately 100 skilled lawyers across Europe, Asia, and the US. In London, their dynamic team features six partners and 25 associates, tackling some of the most strategic and sensitive issues for our clients.
The Role:
  • Contentious Work: Engage in High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation, lead sensitive investigations, and provide employment advice on regulatory or competition law-related investigations.
  • Non-Contentious Work: Advise on employment and incentive aspects of mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), handle insolvency situations, and provide guidance on senior hiring and firing, governance, remuneration rules, redundancy exercises, and share plan rules.
