Our client are a regulated, niche employment law service with a very different offering to the traditional law firms or large employment consultancies. They are now looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their team - this role is remote working with team meet ups every 6 weeks

Our client act almost like an in-house employment law and ER service, providing commercially focused employment law and employee relations advice along with tribunal representation, investigations, training, diversity & inclusion and e-learning solutions. They are passionate about understanding the needs of their clients and work closely with them in order to provide a unique integrated service delivery model.

They are looking for an Employment Lawyer who shares this passion and is excited by the prospect of a varied workload, taking a pragmatic approach, innovating and contributing to commercial projects and business development.

You will have solid experience of working with a professional client base of HR teams in large organisations with excellent knowledge of all areas of employment law and a practical approach to resolving employee relations challenges. You will be experienced in working with Trade Unions and TUPE, along with complex contentious respondent matters and have the ability to balance competing priorities and time pressures. Training experience is desirable but not essential, more important is your willingness and ability to deliver innovative and engaging training experiences.

Whilst you will be home based, you will be required to travel to client premises and employment tribunals across the UK which will necessitate overnight stays. The differentiator as a 'Senior’ Employment Lawyer is not one of hierachy or status, it is having greater responsibility and the accountability for key account management, business development and complex tribunal cases.
