Senior Associate Employment Lawyer Opportunity with a Leading International Law Firm in London  Are you an experienced employment lawyer looking to join a prestigious international law firm in London? We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to work closely with a team of 4 Partners and 15 lawyers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a mix of contentious, non-contentious, and corporate support work, providing comprehensive legal advice across a diverse client base.  The team at this esteemed law firm offers clients an extensive range of legal services covering the full spectrum of employment law. Their expertise includes:
  • Cross-border projects

This role will involve supporting the Partners in all aspects of employment law, including Employment Tribunals and High Court litigation. You will also be instrumental in coordinating cross-border projects such as restructurings and compliance initiatives.  The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent academic credentials and solid legal training from a City firm.
  • Extensive experience managing complex employment matters within a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in restrictive covenant injunctions, employee competition issues, and general employment advisory work.
  • A strong desire to work within an international firm, engaging with a global client base.
  • A thorough understanding of the operation and structure of commercial law firms.
