Recognised as one of the leading private client focused law firms in London, the role will involve working on a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a range of high-end UHNW, HNW and legacy international clients. The team takes pride in providing clients with a bespoke approach offering solutions to complex legal issues that their high calibre client base faces.

The role will offer a mixed caseload advising on employment contracts, HR policies, diversity initiatives in addition to general employee relations and employment related cases. On the litigious side, the group is managing a number of employment tribunal claims in addition to corresponding litigation and mediation and experience of this would be of particular interest to the group. The firm has an excellent work/life balance, a flexible working culture and very forgivable hours targets in comparison with other leading City firms.
