Excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a reputable, L500 firm in London on a 12-month Fixed Term Basis, starting end of April. The firm are seeking an Employment Solicitor to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months in duration. This is to start at the end of April. The firm are flexible and are open to the locum working on a hybrid basis, 5 days per week.ResponsibilitiesThe Employment Solicitor would be responsible for a mixed caseload of Employment matters for corporate and individual clients, advising employers and employees. Workload includes:
- Discrimination & Whistleblowing
- Employment Advice for Individuals
- Contracts & Handbooks
- Employment Aspects of M&A
- Employment Claims
- Redundancy Advice
- Employee Shareholder Advice
- Termination & Settlement Agreements
- Restrictive Covenants & Confidentiality
