Employment Solicitor with 2 - 4 years' PQE sought for a reputable London law firm.
The Opportunity
Due to growth, the firm is looking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor in the 2-4 PQE range. The role entail a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law work, including advising both claimants and respondents on:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- TUPE
- Grievances
- Disciplinary action
In addition to advisory work, advising on and negotiating settlement agreements will be a fundamental element of the role.
While the firm strive to settle cases before court, there may be the occasional need to attend Employment tribunals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the partner and head of department.

Requirements
- 2-4 years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Experience handling both respondent and claimant cases
- Contentious and non-continuous law expertise
- Previous experience in TUPE desirable
