- Breach of restrictive covenants.
- Duty of fidelity and fiduciary duty issues arising on team moves in various industry sectors.
- Advice on TUPE, restructuring, redundancies, discrimination, disciplinaries, dismissals and grievances.
- Corporate support work.
- Advising both employers and employees (mostly senior executives)Â in relation to unfair and wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deduction of wages and discrimination claims.
- Minimum of 2 years' PQE in employment work. Ideally you will have experience of contentious and non-contentious work.
- Willing to get involved in marketing and business development of the department.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in running own files (you will be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload).
