Senior Employment Solicitor – Legal 200 Firm | Central London (Hybrid)

Join a thriving Top 200 law firm based in Central London, known for its high-calibre work and down-to-earth, supportive team culture. The team are growing and looking for a Senior Solicitor ready to step into a role with real autonomy, high-quality clients and the chance to shape the future of the team.

The Role:

As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading on complex employment matters, from tribunal litigation to strategic advice on contracts, exits, TUPE, redundancy, and more
  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, service contracts, and transactional documents
  • Working closely with high-profile clients and support junior colleagues as a senior figure in the team
  • Navigate fast-moving issues such as grievances, dismissals, High Court disputes, subject access requests, and business restructures

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 6 years PQE in Employment law, ideally gained within a respected Employment team.
  • Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Has excellent drafting skills, sound judgment, and a strong academic background
