Currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor with 2 to 4 years of PQE to join an expanding team.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Your responsibilities will include guidance on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as navigating restructuring, redundancy processes, settlement agreements, and advising on TUPE and other corporate concerns as they arise.

Additionally, you should have experience in handling Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
