- As a key member of the team, you will advise on a broad range of energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters, including:
- Acting for lenders, sponsors, and developers on major energy transition, renewables, and infrastructure projects.
- Structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including project finance, acquisition finance, and debt restructuring.
- Advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and regulated utility financings.
- Engaging with global clients across multiple jurisdictions, often on market-leading transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or related fields.
- Experience working on complex financing transactions, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
