  • Advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and regulated utility financings.
  • Engaging with global clients across multiple jurisdictions, often on market-leading transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or related fields.
  • Experience working on complex financing transactions, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
