The role involves advising on:
- Major energy and infrastructure transactions, including M&A, project development, and joint ventures.
- Regulatory and commercial matters within the energy, renewables, and utilities sectors.
- Financing and structuring of large-scale projects, including public-private partnerships (PPPs).
- Supporting clients through the energy transition, with a focus on decarbonisation and sustainable investment.
About YouWe are looking for a lawyer with:
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in energy, infrastructure, and/or project finance.
- A strong background in transactional and regulatory work within the sector.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
