This is an exciting opportunity for a driven solicitor to contribute to the firm's success while advancing their own career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Position Overview The Enfranchisement Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing exceptional legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of enfranchisement, contributing to the firm's commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering top-class service.Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of enfranchisement matters with expertise
  • Prepare applications to the First-tier Property Tribunal
  • Attend tribunal and County Court on 1993 Act claims
  • Assist with Right to Manage claims and service charge disputes
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 1-4 years' post qualification experience
  • Experience in preparing First-tier Property Tribunal applications
  • Tribunal and County Court attendance on 1993 Act claims
  • Ambitious and conscientious approach to work
  • Strong interest in business development and marketing
  • Advantageous: Experience in Right to Manage claims, service charge disputes, and volume applications
