- Extensive private family law experience, with a focus on matrimonial finance and/or private child law cases.
- Proven track record of leading and developing a high-performing team, with the ability to have performance/coaching conversations that add value.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market, with the ability to uphold the firm's excellent reputation and provide a first-class service to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Resilient and solution-oriented, with the ability to empower your team and remain composed under pressure.
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in family law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to work in a paperless environment.
